Our hours: Our business contact hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. To accommodate your working schedule, our dog walking hours are between 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. However, the service rates are different for hours between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. (as well as on weekends).
On holidays: Our service is available all year round, including holidays. However, an additional $5.00 will be added to the regular fee; an additional $10.00 if it’s between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. or on weekends.
Payment: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that life can get hectic and unpredictable, so as long as you cancel 24 hours before your service begins, you won’t be charged.
